All 2016 statewide ballot measures are listed below. Below each measure is a list of issues committees registered with the Secretary of State in support or opposition.
Proposition CC – Retain Revenue for Education and Transportation
Count Me In! Summary: Proposition CC is a referred measure from the Colorado legislature that will allow the state to keep all revenues collected under the current tax rates and invest any additional revenue above Colorado’s current revenue cap into public education, higher education, and transportation.

Proposition DD – Authorize and Tax Sports Betting
Count Me In! Summary: Proposition DD is a referred measure from the Colorado legislature that authorizes sports betting in Colorado and creates a ten percent tax on the proceeds earned by sports betting operations. The revenue will be used to fund the administration and regulation of sports betting and creates the Water Plan Implementation Cash Fund.
